No due to the extremely fragile soil in the sandhills they are not permitted. Of road driving with any vehicle is not permitted.

Can we have a campfire at Killdeer Nook?

Yes as long as conditions aren’t to dry to permit it or the state or county isn’t under a burn ban restriction. Please inquiry ahead of time as to conditions.

Do we need to bring linens, cooking utensils or cookware?

No, we provide all of these items to do elementary cooking.
